Interested in joining a tennis or pickleball league at Coral Reef Park? Leagues are coordinated through the Parks & Recreation Department. Follow the steps below to express your interest and get started.

How Leagues Work
The Village of Palmetto Bay does not run leagues directly — we provide the courts and coordinate scheduling with league managers. Once enough interest is gathered, our staff will work with the league manager to set up court dates, times, and pricing. You will then be contacted with the details and instructions to complete payment.

Step 1: Log In to Your Account Go to palmettobayfl.myrec.com and click "Log In" in the top menu. Enter your email and password. If you don't have an account yet, click "Create Account" and follow the prompts to set one up first.

Step 2: Find the League Program From the main menu, click "Programs." Look for "Tennis and Pickleball Leagues" under the Sports category.

Step 3: Review the Information Read the program description for details on available league types, schedules, and fees.

Step 4: Fill Out the Sign-Up Form Click the link to the "Day and Night League Sign Up" form. Fill out all required fields including your name, contact information, preferred league type, and any scheduling preferences. Submit the form when complete.

Step 5: Wait to Be Contacted Our Parks & Recreation staff will review your submission. Once enough participants have signed up and a league schedule has been confirmed with the league manager, staff will reach out to you with the confirmed dates, court assignment, and total fee.

Step 6: Payment After your league reservation has been created, you will receive an invoice on your account. Log into your account at palmettobayfl.myrec.com to view and pay the balance by credit card. Your court permit will be emailed to you automatically after payment is received.

League Types and Fees
Day League (2-hour match, per person) — $8.00 Day League Junior Team (2-hour match, per person) — $4.00 Night League (2-hour match, per person) — $10.00 Night League Junior Team (2-hour match, per person) — $5.00
All fees include 7% sales tax.

Senior Discount Residents age 65 and older may be eligible for a discounted rate on adult leagues (Day League: $7.20, Night League: $9.00). Contact the Parks & Recreation Department to have the discount applied to your account.

Helpful Tips

• Filling out the sign-up form does not guarantee a spot in a league. It lets our staff know you are interested so we can coordinate scheduling.
• Make sure all household members who want to participate are added to your account before signing up. You can add members by going to My Household in your account.
• League schedules are determined based on player interest and court availability. You will be notified once a league is confirmed.
