News: How To Reserve a Court

Palmetto Bay residents and visitors can reserve tennis and pickleball courts online at our parks. Follow the steps below to book your court time.
Step 1: Log In to Your Account Go to palmettobayfl.myrec.com and click "Log In" in the top menu. Enter your email and password. If you don't have an account yet, click "Create Account" and follow the prompts to set one up first.

Step 2: Go to Rentals From the main menu, click "Rentals" then "Facility List." You will see a list of all available facilities.

Step 3: Select Your Court Find the court you'd like to reserve. Tennis courts and pickleball courts are listed separately. Click on the court name to view its details and availability.

Step 4: Check Availability Use the calendar to browse available dates and times. Open time slots are available for booking. Blocked slots are already reserved.

Step 5: Choose Your Date and Time Select your preferred date and time slot. Courts are available for booking from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Step 6: Select Add-Ons (If Applicable) Before proceeding to checkout, review whether you need to add any of the following:

• Additional People: The base reservation covers one person. If you are reserving for additional people, select the add-on for each additional person, for each hour. For example, if 3 people are playing for 2 hours, add 4 "additional person" add-ons (2 extra people × 2 hours).
• After 5 PM Fee: Reservations after 5:00 PM require an additional fee. Select the "Court Rental — After 5 PM Fee (per hour)" add-on for each hour of your reservation.

This is an important step to ensure your reservation total is accurate.

Step 7: Complete Your Reservation Review the details and fee, then proceed to checkout. Payment is required at the time of reservation by credit card.

Step 8: Confirmation After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details and permit. Save this for your records and bring it with you to the park.

Court Fees at Coral Reef Park
Per Person, Per Hour:

• Before 5:00 PM — $5.00
• After 5:00 PM — $5.00 + "Court Rental — After 5 PM Fee (per hour)" add-on
• Student Rate (21 & under) — $4.00
• Senior Rate (65+) — $4.50

All fees include 7% sales tax. Seniors must have the discount applied to their account before booking. Contact the Parks & Recreation Department to set this up.
Available Courts:

• Tennis Courts: 8 courts
• Pickleball Courts: 4 courts
